firm of Baldi and Jenei, P.C. (formerly Baldi, Cepparulo
and Williams, P.C.) is located in New Hope, Bucks
County, Pennsylvania. Founded over two decades ago, the
firm provides a broad range of legal services in the
general practice of law. Areas of concentration include:
civil and commercial litigation, criminal defense,
personal injury/wrongful death, business law, real
estate, land use planning and zoning, municipal law,
wills, estates planning and administration.
When
Robert Baldi first opened his firm in 1981, he purposely
chose New Hope for its rural charm, sense of community
and proximity to the Courts and Administrative Agencies
of Bucks and Philadelphia counties.
Now, with
a highly qualified staff of attorneys licensed to
practice in the State and Federal Courts of
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, Baldi and Jenei,
P.C. represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants
throughout the area. Clients include
individuals, estates, businesses, nonprofit
organizations, elected officials and municipalities.

Federalist building registered with the Bucks County
Conservancy as an historic site. The office is close to
